A milestone we’re incredibly proud of: We’ve officially launched our MVP!

Here are a few key updates in the last one month

  • MVP Milestone: December marked a pivotal milestone in our journey as we officially launched our MVP, kicking off the next phase of beta trials with early users.

  • Customer-Centric Focus: We remain deeply engaged with new customers and design partners, dedicating significant time to meaningful conversations that shape our product.

  • Partnership Power: We’re in advanced discussions with industry leaders, trade organizations, and boards to secure partnerships that will drive beta user acquisition and pave the way for commercialization in the coming months.

  • Marketing ramp-up: We’re building a robust suite of marketing materials, including beta trial programs, corporate and product brochures, partnership proposals, and product and marketing videos to prepare for our 2025 goal of onboarding users.

  • Gratitude: We’re immensely grateful for the support and guidance of exceptional mentors and industry champions, some of whom we’ve highlighted at the end of this letter.

What We're Building

December has been all about bringing our MVP to life! Behind the scenes, we’ve been pushing hard to perfect every feature, building a secure and reliable platform you can count on.

What We’ve Been Up To:

  • Enhanced Client Collaboration: We've reviewed and incorporated feedback from our design partners into the go/no-go checklist, ensuring the product aligns with the needs of the AEC industry.

  • Interactive Dashboards: Our newly developed dashboard provides key insights, which make it easy for users to manage RFPs and proposals efficiently.

  • AI Optimization: We’ve implemented parallel processing for AI components, significantly reducing processing times for analyzing complex RFP documents and generating proposals and other AI outputs.

  • Live Feedback Integration: As we gear up for live testing, we’ve built mechanisms to capture real-time user input, further refining our AI to deliver accuracy and value.

Our Project Focus

  • We’re rigorously testing our MVP with both internal and external users across diverse scenarios. This process helps us fine-tune the product and identify glitches early.

  • We’re prioritizing participation in the right construction trade events to connect directly with our target customers at pivotal moments.

  • Our customer pipeline, now nearing 70, continues to grow as we engage new prospects and nurture existing relationships. These conversations keep us attuned to customer needs.

  • As part of our IP strategy, we’ve filed for our trademark and are actively working on our patent to be filed in January 2025.

  • Participating in two impactful construction events has significantly expanded our network and created exciting opportunities.

What’s Next

  • Beta Testing: Our goal is to onboard at least 10 beta users by January to gather valuable feedback on our MVP.

  • Feature Development: As we refine our MVP, we’re also developing key features inspired by customer requests to align with their needs and our product roadmap.

  • Patent Filing: We aim to file our patent by January 2025.

  • Customer Engagement: We’re actively engaging with new customers and industry experts to keep validating the vertical niches we are working on and is on our product roadmap

  • Affiliate Network: We are crafting an affiliate network strategy, leveraging industry connections to fast-track our GTM efforts. User adoption and right distribution is a key and we have started our groundwork on this area

  • Funding Preparation: We’re holding 2-3 weekly meetings with VCs and angel investors to gather insights and prepare for our next funding round.

What we're seeking

  • We’re seeking introductions to angel investors, whether from our industry or beyond, as we aim to close an angel round in the coming weeks.
