Bidblox January Newsletter

Onboarding beta users and refining through feedback!

Here are a few key updates in the last one month

Building Momentum with Bidblox!

  • Onboarding Beta Users: We’ve hit the ground running, actively onboarding users into our MVP since its launch last month. Our users include both our existing pilot customers and newly onboarded clients.

  • Performance Enhancements: As beta testing progresses with both internal and beta users, we’re optimizing the proposal generation process to deliver faster response times.

  • Next-Level Features: While fine-tuning our current MVP features, we’re already designing our next big release—introducing a distributed workflow with our Sub network to streamline collaboration.

  • Real-Time User Insights: Feedback drives innovation! We’re collecting valuable input not only through calls but also directly on our platform, ensuring users can share insights anytime they’re engaged.

  • A Heartfelt Thank You: To our incredible mentors and industry champions—your support and guidance fuel our journey, and we’re endlessly grateful for your belief in us.

What We're Building

  • Faster Performance with Intelligent Workflows
We’ve enhanced our pre-processing pipelines to intelligently handle large RFP documents, optimizing workflows for speed and scalability.

  • Improved Content Structure and Editing Tools
We’ve split up the content structure in proposals, making it easier to edit specific sections. Enhanced editing capabilities are in development to give you more control and flexibility when refining your bids.

  • Sub-Contractor Collaboration Tools
We’re building tools to streamline subcontractor workflows, with innovative features that make coordination easy and efficient, including messaging, document sharing and other collaborative tools.

  • Next-Level Bid Leveling with Image Processing
Our bid leveling module is in development, now integrating image processing to better handle submissions with visual or scanned data.

For the bookworm in me, here are some quotes from my favourite reads!

Sisu is most often illustrated when we face the slimmest of odds and must reach beyond our known capacities. We arrive at the edge of our preconceived mental or physical limits to find, almost by magic, a previously unexpressed reserve of energy that carries us forward to the next moment. If you’ve endured significant adversity, reached for a goal far greater than your assumed capacities, or pushed through ominous challenges you had no idea how you’d complete, you’ve experienced sisu.
