A Few Key Highlights from the Past Month

  • We're excited to share that Bidblox has been named as one of the Top 25 Startups by Suffolk Boost, recognizing the most promising ConTech innovators shaping the future of construction.

  • Backed by Enterprise Validation - Customer Testimony
Nothing means more than hearing it directly from our users.

    - "Really impressed with how thoughtfully designed Bidblox is. AI still needs a creative mind behind it to connect with humans and you’ve clearly got that. Appreciate the craftsmanship and the openness to feedback. You’re onto something here, keep going!" - US Enterprise Pilot customer ($6 Billion)

  • It dawned on us that we’re already halfway through 2025—so we thought it’d be a great time to share a quick recap of what we’ve been up to over the past 6 months!

What We're Building

  • Flexible, AI-Driven Scope Management: We've aligned our scope classifications with standard industry structures and now support multi-trade bid packages. Users can access a growing library of pre-built trade combinations or fully customize packages.

  • Risk & Exclusion Insights: The platform now flags high-risk and high-cost exclusions automatically, enabling teams to prioritize review and mitigate exposure earlier in the bidding process.

  • Bid Tab Alignment: A new summary tab reflects how GC teams structure bid tabs—ensuring smoother adoption and internal consistency.

  • Email-to-Quote Automation (In Testing): We've successfully tested functionality that allows users to forward quote emails directly into Bidblox for automated file extraction—streamlining intake and reducing manual uploads.

Our Project Focus

  • IP Strategy
As we advance in building our proprietary AI model, we’re also developing a robust IP strategy to protect our innovations.

  • Go-to-Market Motion: Smart Integrations & Hyperlocal Focus

This month, our GTM strategy is centered around two strategic pillars:

    1. Smart Integrations
We’re increasing product stickiness by integrating Bidblox with tools our customers already rely on. From email-based quote intake to bid tab alignment and integrations with platforms like Procore and BuildingConnected, we’re making Bidblox seamless to adopt—without disrupting existing workflows.

    2. Hyperlocal Expansion
We’ve launched a targeted, region-specific growth strategy. By focusing on key AEC hubs, local trade networks, and regional GCs, we’re building traction market-by-market through tailored messaging, relationship-driven outreach, and support from local champions.

What’s Next

  • Texas & California

Know someone in the AEC space in Texas? We’re expanding Bidblox into the region—please refer us to any partners, customers, or innovators we should connect with!

  • Customer Introductions — You Can Help Us Scale

If you know construction firms, project managers, or procurement leaders who could benefit from smarter, AI-powered bidding workflows, we’d love an introduction.

  • A quick intro can go a long way.

For the bookworm in me, here are some quotes from my favourite reads!

“It is tempting to write the history of technology through products: the wheel; the microscope; the airplane; the Internet. But it is more illuminating to write the history of technology through transitions: linear motion to circular motion; visual space to subvisual space; motion on land to motion on air; physical connectivity to virtual connectivity.”
