Building, iterating, refining, gathering feedback, and evolving!

Here are a few key updates in the last one month
We currently have five active pilot programs running successfully and are in discussions with three more highly promising prospects, who are showing significant interest and are expected to join soon.
Additionally, we’ve started the process of securing our intellectual property with the assistance of IPON, ensuring our innovative solutions are well protected as we move forward.
We are also on the verge of launching our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), an exciting milestone that reflects the progress we’ve made in bringing our vision to life.
To further strengthen our product, we are working closely with a diverse group of subject matter experts from the industry. These experts include seasoned professionals from the construction sector, who bring decades of invaluable experience, as well as evaluators specializing in public infrastructure projects. Their insights are playing a crucial role in refining and enhancing our product to meet the unique demands of the AEC industry.
We feel fortunate to have the guidance of amazing mentors and supporters from the ecosystem on this journey (a few are mentioned at the end of this letter).
What We're Building
We've been heads down and focusing on launching our early-stage MVP, while also onboarding a new group of beta users alongside our pilot customers. This will feature key tools to streamline the RFP process: an executive summary, in-depth analysis; and bid outline and generation.
In addition, we have been working hard on integrating our bid-levelling solution that will enable users to get a better understanding of the many, many submissions they receive and how these compare with each other and complex technical specifications.
We are also exploring image processing with Cloud Vision to enhance the analysis of visual data within RFP documents.
Who we are working with
We are currently engaging with an average of two new customers each week, which helps us continuously validate and strengthen our sales pipeline, now comprising 50 promising prospects.
Our design partners, along with new prospects, are providing valuable feedback, data, and insights that we are consistently integrating into our product features to enhance functionality.
In addition, we are collaborating closely with two key industry experts who are offering critical guidance, not only to refine our product but also to help shape our go-to-market strategy.
We've noticed a growing trend where new customers are sharing their bidding-related data with us and requesting analysis to derive key insights. This interaction is providing us with a wealth of new data from prospects, allowing us to shape the product in a more comprehensive and holistic way.
We also had the opportunity to participate in the virtual demo day organized by KP Reddy’s Shadow Ventures, a venture capital fund and accelerator with a strong focus on the AEC industry. This event offered us significant exposure and allowed us to connect with industry experts. The vertical-specific feedback we received has been instrumental in guiding the future development of our product.

Events we Attended
Founders Breakfast with Mars IAF + Fasken: An AMA style event focused on fundraising strategies, emerging market trends, and industry insights.
Coalesce : Premier analytics conference for data practitioners to gain insights and refine data and AI strategies.
Yspace Tech Accelerator Demo day: We connected with many brilliant founders with outstanding pitches, as well as investors and ecosystem builders.
Urban techies Fall Social: An event that united experts from proptech, construction, AI, sustainability, and urban planning and design.
Elevate & Firehood : One of the most talked about tech events in Toronto that needs no introduction(few pictures from the event below).

What’s Next
Our goal is to secure 8 beta users (which would include our existing pilots) by the end of November who will actively use our product and provide feedback.
We aim to launch the MVP by November, featuring the three key functionalities validated by our customers. Following the launch, we plan to onboard new beta users alongside our existing design partners onto the platform.
We're also developing a demo and a marketing video to share with prospective customers.
We intend to keep engaging with new customers and having in-depth discussions with industry experts to tailor our model and solution to meet market needs.
Additionally, we're conducting 2-3 VC/Angel meetings weekly to gather feedback on our startup and prepare for our fundraising process.
