Product Updates

We continue to make strong progress turning Bidblox into a core intelligence layer for preconstruction data in the AEC industry.

  1. Specs & Drawings → Structured Scope of Work

    Bidblox now automatically converts raw specifications and drawings into structured scopes of work across all project trades. As usage grows, these structured scopes are becoming the foundation for:

    • Historical pricing comparisons

    • Bid benchmarking & Predictive cost intelligence

  2. Materials Intelligence at Scale

    We are building a standardized materials dataset by transforming unstructured project documentation into structured, machine-readable information. This enables downstream applications including:

    • Pricing intelligence & Cost benchmarking

    • Procurement optimization

  3. Cross-Trade Scope Intelligence

    Our scope graph is now able to identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across trades and project documents in real time.

    What previously required senior preconstruction expertise is now surfaced automatically and consistently across projects.

This is a key step toward creating scalable construction data infrastructure.

  • Cost estimating firm partnerships (East Coast) – Estimators influence decisions and bring deep domain knowledge, helping drive adoption across preconstruction workflows

  • Channel distribution partnership (Saudi Arabia) – Expands international reach and creates a scalable pipeline for new customers

  • Platform Advantage: We are accelerating deployments with a modular platform built on a powerful core engine. This works well for Enterprise-grade customers who often need custom modules, and our robust core allows these to be deployed quickly and seamlessly, enabling fast adoption.
